When it works...
The New York magazine app for iPad is incredibly frustrating because Ive been locked out of my account twice because of "system updates." Yet again, its the weekend, and Id like to be able to read the magazine, yet when I try to log in it tells me that my password is no longer valid because the system has been updated… Again. Ive tried simply entering the email account associated with this app, but it doesnt recognize it, nor does it recognize ANY email address that I use. And of course customer service is closed for the weekend. This is the second time this has happened.
Ive given this app 2 stars because its actually pretty good...when it works. Nonetheless, I cant give it a high rating because it almost never does work for me it seems. I expect a publication from an enormous publishing house like this to actually work and have decent customer service.
